Membership Members of the United States Colored Troops Living History Association (USCTLHA) are dedicated to the preservation of the legacy of the men who served in the regiment during the Civil War. Membership in the organizational unit will not be limited to military historical interpreters. We encourage those who are civilian interpreters, researchers, educators, and individuals who embrace and want to support the mission of the USCTLHA to join this organization to educate the public to the history of the United States Colored Troops and the civilians that provided support for the soldiers through the war.
